As Founder & CEO, Kelley brings 20+ years of experience in business management, mentoring, and community support. She holds an MSA in Administration (HR) and a BBA, and has completed a Women's Entrepreneurship Certificate through Cornell. Kelley is also a Certified Life, Professional, & Christian Coach, a Certified Master Vision Board Coach, and a Trauma Healing Apprentice Facilitator. Through HOPP, she leads with compassion and a trauma-informed approach, creating safe, empowering spaces where Detroit women and families can access mentorship, literacy resources, and practical tools for personal and professional growth.
